The Montenegrin Pan-European Union successfully organized the workshop “Mobilizing Green Investment in Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovak Republic, Montenegro and Moldova” in Podgorica within the project supported by the International Visegrad Fund.
Researchers and experts from Montenegro, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Moldova presented draft chapters and discussed key challenges related to financing the green transition, implementation of Chapter 27, and mobilization of climate and environmental investments.
The workshop gathered representatives of local and national governments, REGAGEN, the Development Bank of Montenegro, governmental agencies, academia, and other relevant stakeholders involved in sustainable development and EU integration processes.
The event also served as an important coordination step in the preparation of the joint international e-book and final policy recommendations that will be presented later this year.
We would like to thank all researchers, partners, and participants for their valuable contributions and discussions.
