On October 6, the Pan-European Jubilee-Congress 1926/2016, commemorated 90 years since the first Pan-European Congress in 1926, held in Vienna. This significant event, attended by a large number of eminent officials from European political, intellectual, cultural and scientific communities, lasted for three days and represented a kind of continuation of the first congress, at the moment when the EU and the rest of Europe are at the turning point, confronted with many challenges for their future.
