The Montenegrin Pan-European Union (MPEU) and Cultural-Information Center “Budo Tomovic” from Podgorica will intensively collaborate in the field of culture for the next two years, apply with joint projects within the European Union and other funds, organize concerts, conferences, workshops and tribunes, which is envisaged in the Memorandum of Cooperation signed by the MPEU President Gordana Đurović on April 4th 2017 and Snežana Burzan, director of the KIC “Budo Tomovic”. Ms. Burzan expressed her satisfaction that “KIC is the first cultural institution with which the MPEU has established cooperation, furthermore which will open up new opportunities for organizing and realizing quality art programs in the “KIC”, both in the domain of culture, as well as those of educational character and public interest. As the marking of the first anniversary of the work of the MPEU is approaching, the President of the Union, prof. dr Gordana Đurović, emphasized that intensive cooperation in the coming period will focus on concrete projects in the field of culture and thereby give additional impulse to the affirmation of culture in the Capital city.
The MPEU recognized the “KIC” as an institution of culture with which it can successfully realize its goals and present the Montenegrin culture in Europe, as well as European cultural heritage in Podgorica and Montenegro
