Mobilizing Green Investment: Visegrad Group – Montenegro – Moldova is a regional cooperation project that brings together expertise from the Visegrad countries to support Montenegro and Moldova in strengthening policy, institutional, and financial frameworks for green investment.
The project focuses on knowledge transfer related to EU environmental and climate obligations (Chapter 27), financing mechanisms, and practical lessons from V4 accession experience. Key outputs include a joint research publication (book/e-book), a hybrid workshop in Montenegro, and a final international conference in Podgorica, aimed at policymakers, researchers, civil society, and practitioners involved in sustainable development and EU integration.
